Abstract:
Meroterpenoids in Ganoderma mushrooms have attracted attention in recent years. In this effort, lucidumones L-P (1-5), five undescribed meroterpenoids, including four without chirality (1-4) and a pair of enantiomers (5), were isolated from G. lucidum. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic and computational methods. Compound 1 was structurally characterized as a decarbonized dimeric meroterpenoid. Compounds 2 and 3 possess significant inhibitory effects on the cell migration of MDA-MB-231 cells, and compound 2 inhibits the cell migration dose-dependently.
