Does Performing Partial Repetitions Beyond Momentary Failure Enhance Muscle Hypertrophy in Volume-Load-Equated

Adding partial-range-of-motion (ROM) repetitions to calf-raise training enhances muscle hypertrophy efficiency. Both full-ROM and partial-ROM training methods produced similar muscle thickness gains when volume load was equated.

- Partial ROM repetitions can be an efficient method to enhance muscle hypertrophy stimulus on a per-set basis.
