Summary

Both femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) and conventional phacoemulsification cataract surgery (CPCS) show improved efficiency with surgeon experience. FLACS demonstrated lower effective phacoemulsification time (EPT) initially, reducing ocular stress during novice training.
