Soccer pass performance following caffeine intake with deliberate or maintenance practice

Caffeine intake did not enhance football passing performance in adolescent players during deliberate practice or maintenance practice. While both training methods improved short-term passing, only maintenance practice boosted long-term passing accuracy.
