Abstract:
We report a cyanobenzoxadiazole (CBD) based fluorescent probe 1 for selective glutathione (GSH) detection via thiolysis and ESIPT. It exhibits high sensitivity, tunable Kd, and biocompatibility, enabling imaging of endogenous GSH and distinguishing stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells in high-fat-diet mouse models for obesity research.
