Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) show promise for managing diabetes and kidney issues in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. These SGLT2 inhibitors were well-tolerated and effective in three adults with CF, offering new therapeutic options.
