Abstract:
With the widespread popularization of sports health concepts, the demand for intelligent sports wearable devices has become increasingly urgent. In intelligent sports systems, flexible electronics are integrated into sports equipment to construct smart wearable devices, enabling real-time acquisition and analysis of sports data and providing a scientific basis for sports performance evaluation, erroneous movement recognition, and sports load regulation. To meet the material performance requirements of sports smart wearable devices, MXene can be combined with cellulose to enhance composite performance while addressing sustainability concerns, thereby driving the development of sports smart wearables. However, research focusing on the application progress of MXene/cellulose composites in sports smart wearable devices remains limited. Therefore, this review first examines the structural properties of MXene and cellulose, as well as the types of MXene/cellulose composites. Subsequently, the performance advantages of MXene/cellulose composites in sports smart wearable devices are discussed. Representative applications are presented, including sports signal electromagnetic interference shielding, body temperature regulation during sports, sports technical movement monitoring, and sports physiological index monitoring. Finally, the key challenges and future development directions of MXene/cellulose composites for innovative sports wearable applications are summarized, and a constructive outlook is provided.
