Anti-leucine-rich glioma-inactivated 1 encephalitis (LGI1-E) causes cognitive deficits. Neuroimaging reveals distinct metabolic patterns in the medial temporal lobe (MTL), with persistent [18F]THK5351 uptake correlating with residual deficits.
