Abstract:
The present study reports the draft of the entire genome sequence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa MLSE01, a strain isolated from the Kuakata seawater-driven microbial fuel cell in Bangladesh. The genome comprises a 6,332,769 bp chromosome assembled into 46 contigs, encoding 5,937 predicted genes.
