Summary

This case study highlights the successful use of bilateral lotus petal flaps (LPF) for reconstructing large perianal defects after extensive surgery for extramammary Paget disease. The LPF reconstruction provided excellent aesthetic and functional outcomes, restoring patient autonomy.
