Correlation Between Hemolysin Testing and ABO Antibody Titers: Establishing Critical Threshold Titer Levels

Hemolysis from ABO incompatible (ABOi) plasma transfusions can be reduced by establishing critical ABO antibody titers. This study suggests a threshold of 128 for IgG anti-A and anti-B is safe for ABOi plasma transfusion.
