POCD model in rats was established using isoflurane anesthesia combined with surgery and an in vitro model was constructed by stimulating BV-2 microglial cells with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). A combination of techniques, including open field test, Morris water maze test, qRT-PCR, ELISA, dual-luciferase reporter assay, and cell function recovery experiments, was employed to systematically analyze behavioral changes, cell viability, inflammatory responses, oxidative stress, and gene regulation.
