None:
A reversible Cu+/Cu2+ cycling strategy is developed to enhance the extraction of photoexcited electrons. Cu-doped BiVO4 with an adjustable Cu+/Cu2+ ratio is selected as the prototype. The charge separation efficiency is improved by 25.6%, with the NH4+ generation rate reaching six times that of the pristine sample.
