Intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) therapy can cause rare infectious complications like chronic necrotizing granulomatous orchiepididymitis. This case highlights the need for prompt diagnosis and treatment of BCG-induced infections in bladder cancer patients.
