Is Embolization a Safe Treatment Option for Certain Traumatic Subdural Hematomas?

Middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolization shows promise as a safe adjunctive treatment for acute subdural hematoma (SDH). This study suggests MMA embolization may be effective, especially in less severe acute SDH cases.
