Clinical insights into levothyroxine overdose: A systematic review

Levothyroxine overdose (OD) is rare but can be serious. Accidental overdoses mainly affect children, while intentional overdoses occur in older adults. Despite high doses, fatalities from levothyroxine OD are uncommon.
