Abstract:
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor that is difficult to diagnose and best treated with surgical resection. We present an interesting case report of a large epithelioid hemangioendothelioma obstructing the superior vena cava and bilateral brachiocephalic veins. Using a 3-dimensional model for planning, we performed en bloc resection followed by venous reconstruction with a cryopreserved aortoiliac allograft.
