Abstract:
In the issue of water environmental pollution, the pollution of dye wastewater is prominent, especially Malachite Green (MG) due to its toxicity, high residual levels, and mutagenicity. Therefore, it is of great significance to seek efficient removal methods and materials. However, traditional removal techniques and commercial adsorbents have problems such as high cost, low efficiency, and limited adsorption capacity. In order to increase the active sites and enhance adsorption capacity, this study synthesized an amino-modified Hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) material, PFC-1-NH2 (PFC = porous materials from FJIRSM, CAS) through a rapid precipitation method, and its composite material with SA was prepared. Both materials exhibit high adsorption capacities for MG, reaching 1086.72 mg/g and 873.98 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption process involves multiple interactions, such as electrostatic interactions, π-π interactions, and hydrogen bonding interactions. After 6 cycles, the removal rate remains approximately 90 %. This research provides high-performance adsorbents, verifying that membrane formation can broaden the applications of HOFs, and offers a new direction for solving the problem of wastewater pollution.
