Summary

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) patients exhibit significantly slower reaction times (RT) in 3D visual tasks compared to healthy controls. This objective cognitive impairment may be linked to the fatigue characteristic of ME/CFS.
