An Initial Indonesian Genome-Wide SNP-Array Study with Functional Variant Prioritization Reveals NASP and GPR78

This study explored hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tumor genetics in Indonesian patients using SNP-array profiling. Nuclear Autoantigenic Sperm Protein (NASP) and G protein-coupled receptor 78 (GPR78) were identified as potential candidate genes for further research.
