Summary

This study systematically reviewed contraindications for lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET) during anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). Key contraindications identified include articular cartilage damage and concurrent injuries to other knee ligaments alongside the ACL tear.
