Perforin and Granulysin-Mediated Cytotoxicity in Colorectal Cancer Patients

Colorectal cancer patients show reduced levels of granulysin (GNLY) and perforin, key immune molecules. This impairment in cytotoxic potential correlates with disease progression, suggesting new therapeutic targets.
