Automated synthesis of Gallium-68 labeled FAPi-46 ([68Ga]Ga-FAPi-46) is reliable for clinical use. This fibroblast activation protein (FAP) targeted radiotracer shows superior lesion detection compared to [18F]FDG in lung cancer imaging.
