Abstract:
Crystallization-suppressed Ar annealing preserves amorphous TiO2 (aT) in alkali-assisted, N-deficient g-C3N4 (NVCN)/Pt composites, strengthening Pt-support coupling and electron extraction. The resulting NVCN/Pt/aT delivers visible-light H2 evolution that is 2.1× and 10.1× higher than that of the precursor NVCN/Pt/aT_0 and NVCN/Pt/TiO2, respectively, with improved stability.
