Total arch replacement using an integrated four-branched frozen elephant trunk (FET) device for Stanford type A acute aortic dissection (AAAD) shows promising early outcomes. While FET-related stenosis is a risk, this technique facilitates aortic remodeling and improves midterm survival rates.
