This study enhances two-dimensional (2D) molybdenum ditelluride (MoTe2) photodetectors through air annealing, significantly improving performance. Optimized MoTe2 and MoTe2/MoSe2 heterojunctions show high responsivity for advanced optoelectronic applications.
