Abstract:
This letter highlights evidence conflicts and methodological biases in a recent pediatric nail psoriasis ultrasound study, addressing the unreasonable zero enthesitis conclusion, reversed vascular-structural gradient, missing subgroup data, and the necessity of pediatric-specific ultrasound criteria.
