Potassium chloride (KCl) bitterness can be reduced by L-Arginine (L-Arg). Two sensory methods, R-Index (RIX) and Partial Projective Mapping (PPM), evaluated saltiness and bitterness in KCl/NaCl/L-Arg mixtures.
