Men with primary organic erectile dysfunction (PO-ED) showed poorer adherence to phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5i) therapy compared to those with primary psychogenic erectile dysfunction (PP-ED). This highlights the need for tailored treatment strategies for different ED etiologies.
