Post-transplant bendamustine (PT-BEN) shows promise as a graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis alternative to post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-CY). PT-BEN may improve outcomes in haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) by uncoupling GvHD from graft-versus-leukemia effects.
