Summary

In utero stenting using an everolimus-eluting stent for fetuses with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) and intact atrial septum (IAS) maintained patency. This approach appears safe and may prevent in-stent obstruction, reducing pulmonary vascular damage.
