A new Transformer-based U-Net, TransDisCo, effectively corrects distortions in diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), outperforming existing U-Net methods. This advanced technique improves the accuracy of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) analysis, even with complex patient data.
