Abstract:
Both phage display and mammalian cell display technologies have inherent advantages and limitations in antibody screening. Here, we introduce an innovative methodology integrating these two platforms for simultaneous affinity screening of full-length IgG antibodies. This novel strategy leverages the high-throughput capabilities of phage display, while harnessing mammalian cell display to effectively filter out antibodies with suboptimal affinity or expression. By merging these technologies, this method aims to accelerate the discovery of monoclonal antibodies with improved affinity and reduced immunogenicity.
