Summary

Leukocyte telomere length (LTL) and LTL polygenic risk scores (LTL-PRS) did not predict overall post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) risk. Associations were modest and context-dependent, suggesting limited prognostic utility for these biomarkers alone.
