Classified program website wellness content using a four-tier hierarchical system.

359 general surgery residency programs were analyzed.
Larger programs were associated with higher tiers of wellness content.
University-affiliated programs and those in Southern/Western US regions showed higher wellness content tiers.

Conclusions:
