Standardizing nonstance limb position during the single-leg squat test (SLST) after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) impacts biomechanics. Posterior standardization (PS) offers a better correlation between knee flexion and quadriceps strength compared to neutral standardization (NS).
