Summary

Sleep deprivation worsens colorectal cancer by increasing Galectin-9 (Gal-9) and suppressing immune responses. Targeting Gal-9 with bispecific antibodies can restore antitumor immunity and reduce tumor growth in sleep-disrupted conditions.
