Metastatic colorectal cancer with both liver and peritoneal metastases (PM) was previously untreatable with surgery. Selected patients may now benefit from combined cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) with liver-directed therapy.
