Summary

Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) offers regenerative benefits for various hand conditions. High-energy focused ESWT effectively treats scaphoid non-unions, lunate necrosis, and painful Dupuytren disease, while also showing promise for CMC 1 osteoarthritis and tendinopathies.
