Exosomes carrying miR-874-3p from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) protect against sciatic nerve injury by reducing apoptosis and inflammation. This therapeutic effect is achieved by targeting KPNA4, offering a novel treatment strategy.
