Adding music therapy (MT) to respiratory rehabilitation (RR) may improve exercise capacity in respiratory disorder (RD) patients. However, MT did not significantly impact pulmonary function parameters in this low-quality evidence review.

- Low-quality evidence suggests that adding MT to RR programs may enhance exercise capacity in RD patients.
- MT combined with RR did not demonstrate a significant effect on pulmonary function parameters, also based on low-quality evidence.
- Further high-quality research is warranted to confirm the benefits of MT in respiratory rehabilitation.
