Libman-Sacks endocarditis (LSE) in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) patients can cause severe aortic valve obstruction. Aortic valve neocuspidization (AVNeo) using the Ozaki technique offers a promising alternative to mechanical valves, with favorable outcomes and potential anticoagulation benefits.
