Abstract:
Unilateral choanal atresia can remain undiagnosed until adulthood, often mimicking chronic sinusitis. Clinicians should maintain a high index of suspicion in adults with persistent unilateral nasal obstruction. Endoscopic canalization offers a highly effective, minimally invasive surgical solution to restore nasal patency and improve quality of life.
