A new rapid detection platform for Duck adenovirus 3 (DAdV-3) was developed using CRISPR/Cas12a and a lateral flow dipstick. This sensitive and specific method allows for quick, on-site DAdV-3 diagnosis, aiding in disease control in duck farms.
