Identifying non-pulmonary vein (PV) triggers is key for atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation success. This case study shows that combining self-reference mapping and Intracardiac Pace Match Scoring (iPASO) effectively located and ablated multiple non-PV triggers in paroxysmal AF.
