Illuminating proinflammatory myeloid cells with PET tracers targeting GPR84

Researchers developed a new PET tracer, [18F]MGX-110S, to specifically detect activated myeloid cells in neuroinflammation. This tool offers improved sensitivity and specificity for visualizing inflammation in neurological and other inflammatory diseases.
