Abstract:
Tractional alopecia is a form of hair loss caused by prolonged tension on hair follicles, typically resulting from tight hairstyles. Although histopathological features of TA have been described, differentiation from other alopecias remains challenging. In this case series, we report a novel histopathological finding (Kamyab sign) characterized by the extrusion of sebaceous glands through the follicular infundibulum onto the skin surface.
