Late-onset Graves' disease after hemithyroidectomy: a case report

Graves' disease rarely develops years after hemithyroidectomy. This study presents two elderly cases, suggesting potential antigen release or subclinical disease progression, highlighting the importance of postoperative monitoring for thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody (TRAb).
