The open-access MAUDE database provides critical insights into patient safety events associated with medical devices. However, the lack of user-friendly interfaces poses barriers to its widespread use. Guided by user-centered principles, we propose a platform that automates the analysis of Medical Device Reports (MDRs) by employing interactive data visualization. Using the D3.js library for sustainable and reproducible display, our interface enables users to dynamically explore and understand PSEs through interactive subcomponents, including Ishikawa diagrams and Too Long; Didn't Read summaries of the dense MDR narratives. This approach is demonstrated through MDRs related to endoscopic hemostasis, with potential applications extending to other devices. This project aims to provide visual tools for analyzing MAUDE and open-access PSE data.
