None:
Free and open-source electronic medical record (EMR) systems often lack support for DICOM-compliant medical imaging, limiting their usefulness for clinical decision-making in low-resource settings. To address this gap, this paper introduces an integration of the Orthanc picture archiving and communication system (PACS) with the OpenMRS EMR platform. This integration enables the seamless access to imaging studies and the management of radiology worklists directly from the OpenMRS environment. The resulting implementation is fully open source and designed to support both healthcare delivery in developing regions and capacity-building through teaching.
